4 Stars I might need a second one
I must say I love my sprouter. The holes are small and only on the edges so I don’t have the roots all growing down to the next level like I do with another of my small sprouters.
I have found that 2 to 3 tablespoons of leafy seed fills it wonderfully with strong growth. It is also good at growing mung beans but I’m finding myself eating so many green sprouts I do not like to “waste” the space with beans so I just grow them in a crock.
I have seen recomendations of eating up to six cups a day of mixed sprouts (not alfalfa) I think I must be close. For a simple, easy, no nonsense sprouter this is one of the best. Like I said I’m ordering a second one so I can just grow them up.

Misleading description, I thought from the picture that you could pour water through the top hole, but you have to take it apart each time and water and drain. It is unwieldy to stack.
5 Stars My kids love sprouts!
This is a pretty solid sprouting system. There are 3 trays, and they allow you to grow a pretty good variety of different sprout mixes at the same time. It’s stackable so it doesn’t take up alot of space, and it is very easy to grow sprouts. Some of the sprouts my kids aren’t big on, but I can’t sprout enough lentils! They pick them clean as a snack. I am guessing that’s a good thing. :^)

I have owned this style of sprouter for 40 years. I love it and am still using my 40 year old one.
I just bought three more. One for each of my kids.

5 Stars It’s So Easy to Grow Your Own Sprouts!
Being new to sprouting, I relied on the reviews for purchasing this Tribest Automatic Sprouter. I am glad I did. This sprouter is so easy to use and makes sprouting so much fun. When one batch is done, I start another. It has a permanent spot on the countertop next to the kitchen sink, and, when indirect sunlight is needed for the last days of sprouting, its NE exposure to daylight is all that it takes. Just set it up and maintain the sprouting process according to the instructions and the seeds, nuts, and grains will do their magic perfectly, every time.
5 Stars Super easy!!! Fast sprouts.
The Tribest Sprouter is super easy to use & clean. It grows sprouts very quickly. I’m not a sprout guru by any means but I needed to comment anyway because I think this is a fabulous product.
I like the fact that water is running over the sprouts which minimizes the chance of mold. You need to change the water daily to insure freshness & to deter from mold. I also add two capfuls of the 8% food grade peroxide to help with this issue.
I am a big “gadget” fan. When I buy gadgets, they better be easy to use, easy to clean & used often or else I resell them. I will be keeping my Tribest Sprouter & I’m contemplating on getting the extra barrel as I blend a lot of veggies & fruits & use a lot of sprouts in the them. My smoothies taste awesome! Sprouts are so nutritious that they are included into my smoothies even though I really don’t care for the taste of them on their own.

I find it a miracle. It grows sprouts so fast with absolutely no mess.
It feels so wonderful to see a sprout start germinating overnight !!!. And the best part is that you dont have to presoak the seeds.
Easy to clean. I was having trouble with traditional sprouting in my garden in winter. Hence I bought this. I am a raw foodist. So I wish I could add one more barrel. I already have two in total. But the customer support said they discourage a 3rd barrel, as the sprinkling system is not powerful enought to reach 3 stories. I needed the 3rd barrel to sprout grains to make bread.
I think I will buy another new set. Its worth it !!!

This sprouter is wonderful. It’s like magic seeing the sprouts grow so big so fast. It is so easy. I change the water every day and have had no problem at all with it. I am growing mung beans and lentils, broccoli, alfafa, clover and fenucreek. I’m buying a second one today because I want more sprouts.
4 Stars Excellent Way To Sprout!
I’ve tried on and off for years to grow my own sprouts and have always given up. Using jars, bags, plastic trays, etc has always required too much work and too much mess. This machine is awesome! It’s so easy and takes so little effort and the sprouts that come out of it are fresh, crisp and incredibly tasty. The only downside is that it does take a little bit of effort to clean the trays between growing sessions. But the dishwasher works great and I use Hydrogen Peroxide to sterilize the barrel. Highly recommend if you want to eat a lot of health-giving sprouts!

Sprouts are a couple of bucks for a small package at the store. This thing will pay for itself in less than a month. You’ll have more choices as to what type of seeds to sprout and they’ll be perfectly fresh.

A great introduction to home sprouting. No $75.00 fancy sprouting machine required. We have made several batches of delicious sprouts using this lid, which fits perfectly on our wide-mouthed Ball canning jars. Just remember to rinse frequently! I was also impressed with the quality of the sprouting seeds I purchased from Wheatgrasskits to use with this sprouting lid.
